Refunds/Exchanges: We offer refunds and exchanges on uninstalled non custom decals. Those include, but are not limited to: small decals, fillins and overlays and windshield banners. Standard stripe kits can be returned if not used, minus 25% return fee and actual shipping charges. Custom items like decals with custom text/hp rating, personal information and large stripe kits are not refundable unless the wrong item was sent or there is a actual defect in the product, as these items are custom made to order. Shipping is not refunded unless item is returned because of wrong item sent or defect in product. Some items like stripe kits may need the help of professionals for installation. We are not responsible for any items ruined by not being installed properly. Once a item has been installed, it cannot be returned.
